防汛抗旱应急装备，是华全自主研发的防汛抗旱产品。该产品可根据客户需求配置两轮、四轮、防护棚，流量100-3000m³/h，扬程10-300m，可选进口或国产柴油机，进出口水管连接为快接法兰连接。配置专利技术的凸轮转子泵，5-15秒上水，防堵塞设计，可通过2.5-10cm的缠绕物。
主要用途：
1.快速排涝：如将地下设施（矿井、地铁、地下隧道等）积水快速排出救援的功能；在城市遭遇洪水，特大暴雨袭击的时候，快速排水；
2.应急供水：具有在地震、海啸、水源污染、城市供水管网损坏时，用于城市应急供水的功能；在局部地区遭遇干旱时，向社区居民输送大量的生活水源；
3.长距离输水：具有将几公里外的水源快速的输送到火场灭火的功能或者将城市暴雨积水排到几公里外的渠道中或下水道中的作用；
